A. Motor: Damage caused by human factors or physical impact is not covered under warranty
B. Battery:
1. The battery must be charged at least once every month and maintained at approximately 80% State of Charge (SOC).
2. Any battery damage caused by prolonged non-charging will be excluded from warranty coverage.
3. If, in any battery pack, all individual batteries are measured below 10.5V, the case will be treated as customer misuse due to poor or irregular charging habits, rather than a product defect.
C. Electrical Parts:
Unauthorized wiring modifications, manual cutting of wires, or any human-induced damage are not covered under warranty.
D. Consumable / Wear-and-Tear Parts:
Items such as rearview mirrors, brake pads, tires, cables, chains, decorative parts, promotional items, and giveaway items, as well as any parts not listed above, are not covered under warranty.
E. Mileage: Natural mileage degradation over time is not covered under warranty.
F. General Exclusions: Damage caused by environmental factors, human actions, physical impact, or any natural causes is not covered under warranty.
