Walton Digi-Tech Industries Ltd. is a reputed Bangladeshi mobile and computer technology-based company that develops, sells, repairs, and supports mobile, computers & related products, and services. • Comments on products that were either physically damaged or misused;
• Comparisons to competing brands/products of competing brands;
• References to aftermarket procedures or installation techniques not mentioned specifically in the original product documentation; such as overclocking, hacked drivers, tweaking/modding, etc.; or
• Replies to existing customer reviews

3.4. Prohibited content

You are prohibited from posting content on the Site that is:

• Obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable;
• Illegal or unauthorized;
• False, fraudulent, inaccurate, or misleading;

5.3. Shipping

Your total cost for the purchase of any product will include the shipping and handling charges shown on your Digi-Tech invoice. Your original shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of a returned product.

5.4. Risk of Loss and passing of Title

Digi-Tech will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to you, Carrier (Delivery Service Provider) risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Title to the product(s) – excepting software – will also pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. The title to software will remain with the licensor(s). All software is provided subject to the license agreement of the software maker. You agree to be bound by any software license agreement once the seal on the package is broken. Walton Digi-Tech industries limited will advise you of estimated shipping dates, but Digi-Tech will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.

5.5. Vat & Taxes

Under applicable government laws, sales vat & tax will be charged for all orders. Therefore, all orders shipped will be charged applicable sales vat & tax according to the government vat & tax rate.

5.6. Order processing

5.6.1. Order status

Walton Digi-Tech Industries Ltd. will keep you informed of your order status via email. All tracking information will be emailed to your Walton Digi-Tech ID once your order has shipped. You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging in to your account on the Site.

5.6.2. Order processing

Once you have placed your order, you can expect your order to be processed within approximately 1-3 working days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Walton Digi-Tech Industries Limited does not guarantee same-day shipping. We do not process orders on Friday or during Government holidays.

5.6.3. Rush processing

Rush Processing expedites the fulfillment of your order so it can be packed, shipped, and on the road the same business day it is placed. For Rush Processing to be effective, your order must be submitted and charged before 2:30 p.m. GMT, Saturday through Thursday. If the above conditions are met and we fail to ship your order the same business day, we will refund the Rush Processing fee.

The following items and order types are not eligible for rush processing Third-party products, Large Item Delivery shipping method. For orders with eligible and ineligible items, rush processing will apply to the eligible items only. Ineligible items will automatically be split into a separate order.

For orders placed between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. GMT, Saturday through Thursday, the Rush Processing fee is BDT100. For all other times, the Rush Processing fee is BDT200.

5.7. Canceling orders

You may cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before the order has been processed and shipped by contacting our customer care team at 16267/08000016267 If you have selected Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no amount to refund because you haven"t paid for your order.

For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer, you will receive a refund in your respective account after your order has been canceled. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

6. Product Description

Walton Digi-Tech Industries Ltd. attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Walton Digi-tech industries Ltd. does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the site is accurate, reliable, or error-free. If a product offered by Walton Digi-tech itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

7. Discounts/Promotions and Offers

Discounts and offers (Coupon code, Promo code, Gift card code, Adjustment code, App discount, Occasional offers or sign-up offer etc.) are reductions of the basic price of products or services. The value of the discount coupon or gift card will not be refunded on returns or exchanges after using for a successful order from Walton Digi-Tech. Users having multiple accounts under the same Cell Phone number, or email address cannot avail the discounts or offers more than once, as is the policy. Promotional SMS may only contain the main content of the offer but terms and conditions are mentioned on the website. Walton Digi-Tech holds the right to change/revise/modify any Discount offers or Promotional offers without prior notice. Customer is entitled to comply accordingly. Customers cannot avail multiple discounts offers in a single order. For example, if a customer uses 2X vouchers then customer cannot use reward points or any other discount along with the ordered item.

8. Content on the Site

All content included on the Site, such as brand, design, text, graphics, logos, images, videos, digital downloads, data, software, any other material, and the design selection and arrangement thereof is owned or licensed intellectual property of Walton Digi-Tech, its suppliers, licensors, or other providers of such material and is protected Bangladesh and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, business policy and other intellectual property or proprietary rights in Trade Marks Act. 2009 & policy 2015. Walton Digi-Tech and its suppliers and licensors expressly reserve all intellectual property rights in all content.

The Walton Digi-Tech name, logos, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Walton Digi-Tech. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Walton Digi-Tech Industries Ltd.

8.2. Pricing and availability

All prices are displayed in the currency of the jurisdiction of the country you have selected when accessing the Site.

All pricing is subject to change without notice, and Walton Digi-Tech reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation and other extenuating circumstances.

Digi-Tech may limit the number of products available for purchase. Digi-Tech may, in its sole discretion, at any time, for any reason, change the quantities available for purchase.

10. General terms

10.1. Unauthorized charges

If you see charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on Walton Digi-Tech, but you never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf, to confirm that they haven"t placed the order. If you"re still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 60 days of the transaction to enable Walton Digi-Tech to begin an investigation.

10.2. Recordings

Walton Digi-Tech does not consent to have any telephone calls recorded and reserves the right to terminate any call that is being recorded. You agree not to record any call with Walton Digi-Tech unless you have provided clear and conspicuous notice to Walton Digi-Tech and have received prior written consent from Walton Digi-Tech.
