Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

We are determined to ensure the highest quality & reliability for our valued customers. In any case, there may be a few irregularities. On seldom occasions, you may have to return an order.

Return & Replacement Policy:

In case the Customer wants to changes:

  • Must notify within 3 Days.
  • Please do not break the seal of your received product & conserve the delivery packaging & invoice.
  • Any exception will result in no return.

In case of a Misplaced Order:

  • Check the product and match it with the invoice.
  • Let us know within 24 hours.
  • Please do not break the seal of your received product & conserve the delivery packaging & invoice.
  • Any exception will result in no return.

In case of Manufacturing Defect:

  • Must inform us immediately after noticing/finding the defect.
  • Any delay beyond 24 hours will result in no return or replacement.

*Note:

1. Quality of the item depends on the assemble. You cannot return a product if you do not like the product"s quality.

2. Walton Digi-Tech industries limited will bear the delivery charges for 7 Days replacement warranty/Default warranty. The customer must bear the delivery charges for the General warranty claim.

Warranty Policy:

  • Notify us within the warranty period of any inconsistency/ malfunction/ functioning disorder.
  • Warranty claims will require at least 1 week of technical inspection before passing the claim.

Refund Policy:
Refunds
  • Refunds are made only when the request is made within 3 working days of the purchase date. And the purchased product must be in sealed/wrapped/intact condition (as delivered) to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, there will be no option for any refund.
  • Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank Cards, Mobile Finance Service, or through In-store Credits.
  • You will receive the refund within 7-10 working days. The refund period may vary depending on your card issuer"s policies.
